  • • ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS:

  • LUNCHEON MEAL is included in the combo registration for Friday Noon. 
  • RECEPTION is included the full combo registration. 
  • AAD MEMBERSHIP is NOT included in the combo respiration fee. Each AAD member will need to add member fee to the combo registration if it is currently due. 
  • • Purchase Order (PO) and personal check will not be accepted after October 1, 2017. 

Cancellation Policy 

The following refund schedule for registrations is applicable in the event of cancellations, except for medical emergencies or death in family (written explanation is required). 

Postmark Deadline Refund Amount 

Before 08/24/17 - 75% 

08/24/17 to 09/21/17 - 50% 

After 09/21/17 - 0%
